Unnat Bharat Abhiyan

Our institute, in collaboration with IIT Delhi, has been a participating institute of Unnat Bharat Abhiyan. Unnat Bharat Abhiyan is an initiative of the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India, with the vision to involve professional and higher educational institutes for the improvement of basic necessities like clean water, sanitation, etc. for people living in rural areas, to achieve a better quality of life. Under this programme, our institute has adopted five nearby villages of Faridabad & Ballabgarh. We have been conducting surveys in the adopted villages to understand the problems faced by the people there. Awareness campaigns have also been organized to spread awareness in the villages by students and staff.
