Annual Report

Keeping in view the Post COVID era and its effect on the placement of students, a meeting of the Training and Placement Cell was held on 02.03.2022 and a review meeting on 10.10.2022 in the office of the Training and Placement Cell. TPO along with ATPOs attended the meeting.

The following decisions were taken in the meeting:

• The team will motivate the students and their parents for jobs on Pan India location too.
• The team will regularly visit the industries to study the after effects of covid and find out the ways to overcome the problem in placement of students (if any).
• The placement team will work with a true spirit for placement and training of students following the covid norms and will remain in touch with Industry personnel through virtual or physical interactions.
• The seminars and workshops for students will be organised in online mode accordingly or as per govt. instructions.
• The team will organise both online and offline mock interviews, group discussion practice sessions etc. for the students following the covid norms.
• The Faculty Development Program (FDP) will be organised in online or offline mode as per need.
• The team will try its best to obey the placement calendar.

Action taken

The placement team worked on the above points in true spirit and manner.

Outcome

• As a result of the above efforts, this institute succeeded in achieving the target of 100% placement.
• Ten new MoUs with companies were signed in this year.
